Maidenhair Fern

Maidenhair Fern (Adiantum raddianum), 1-2 ft., light to dense shade, requires constant moisture, light airy effect.

These delicate and finely textured ferns do best in rich soils, in shady and moist microclimates. A few species are native to California – A. jordanii, California maidenhair, grows throughout the state in moist and shaded areas.
